Newstead Blanc de Blanc 2016

The 2016 Newstead Blanc de Blanc Cap Classique displays an exquisite fine mousse, a beautiful creaminess which melts away on the tongue. Aromas of brioche and marmite yeastiness on the nose with a complex minerality and lime finish. This gives great mouth feel but retains the exquisite freshness. (Winemaker Anton Smal)

Golden straw. Nutty, rich and vibrant nose with hints of lemon drops. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with green apple and lime. Fine mousse and lengthy on the finish. Refined and finessed. Excellent.
